Description

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups rolled oats, chopped in a blender
  2. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  3. 1 cup milk of your choice
  4. 1 carrot, grated
  5. 9 dried apricots, rinsed with hot water and chopped
  6. 4 tablespoons raisins, rinsed with hot water
  7. 1 apple, grated
  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  9. 3 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, milk, grated carrot, apricots, raisins, apple, cinnamon, and eggs. Mix well.
  • Bake: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
