Ingredients

Scale
  1. 12 oz medium egg noodles
  2. 1 lb ground beef
  3. Salt and pepper, to taste
  4. 10.75 oz can tomato soup
  5. 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  8. ½ tsp minced garlic
  9. 2 tbsp dried onion flakes
  10. ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Cook the noodles: Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown the beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked and crumbled. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess grease.
  • Make the sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and dried onion flakes. Stir until smooth.
  • Combine: Add the cooked noodles and browned beef to the soup mixture. Gently fold everything together until well combined.
  • Assemble: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake: Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the top is lightly golden.
  • Finish and serve: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top and serve hot.

Notes

  • Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for a complete meal.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
