Description
These Almond Joy Air Fryer Cookies are sweet, chewy, nutty, and chocolatey in every bite. Made with coconut flakes, sliced almonds, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk, they are easy to make and come together quickly with the help of your air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (or sweetened coconut flakes for extra sweetness)
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the coconut flakes, sliced almonds, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until everything is evenly coated and well combined.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to scoop your desired cookie size and place them on a parchment-lined baking pan or tray that fits your air fryer.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and set. Keep an eye on them—they go from golden to toasted quickly!
- Let the cookies cool for a few minutes to firm up before removing them from the tray. Then dig in!
Notes
- If you prefer sweeter cookies, feel free to use sweetened coconut flakes instead of unsweetened.
- Make sure to monitor the cookies closely in the air fryer as they can burn quickly once golden.
- These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days for the best freshness.
