Instructions

  • Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Hollow out the pickles: Slice the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create space for the filling.
  • Stuff the pickles: Fill each hollowed-out pickle with the creamy mixture, packing it in tightly.
  • Air fry: Place the stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbly.

Notes

  • You can add more spices like garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor!
  • Make sure to not overfill the pickles, as the stuffing may spill out during the air frying process.
