These Air Fryer Pepperoni Rolls are crispy, cheesy, and perfect for a quick snack or appetizer. Packed with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, they’re coated with a garlic seasoning and cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer. Ready in just 15 minutes!
1 (13.8 oz) tube refrigerated pizza dough
36 slices pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Prepare the Dough: Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto a cutting board or flat surface, shaping it into a rectangle. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the dough into nine equal rectangles.
Assemble the Rolls: Place 4 slices of pepperoni in the center of each rectangle. Add about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni. Fold the dough over the pepperoni and cheese, pressing the edges to seal the seam. Fold up the ends and press them into place to ensure the filling is enclosed. Place each assembled roll seam-side down.
Season the Rolls: Melt the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Using a pastry brush, coat each pepperoni roll with melted butter, then sprinkle the garlic seasoning mixture on top.
Air Fry the Rolls: Arrange the pepperoni rolls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one. Cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve and Enjoy: Serve the crispy, cheesy air fryer pepperoni rolls immediately and enjoy!
For a spicier version, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the seasoning mixture.
You can swap the pepperoni for other fillings like ham or sausage for variety.
Make sure the rolls are sealed tightly to prevent the cheese from leaking out during cooking.
