Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (9 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style for extra flavor)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Coatings: In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Place flour in a third bowl.
- Coat the Ravioli: Coat each ravioli first in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each ravioli is fully covered for the perfect crunch.
- Air Fry the Ravioli: Place the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Remove from the air fryer, cool for a minute, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can use any kind of frozen ravioli, but cheese ravioli is a classic choice.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket, as this can prevent even crisping.
- For a spicy twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
