These Air Fryer Million Dollar Ravioli Bites are crispy, golden, and bursting with cheesy goodness! Coated with Italian-style breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasoned to perfection, these bites are perfect for snacking or as a party appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 package (9 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  2. 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style for extra flavor)
  3. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 2 large eggs
  9. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  10. Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  11. Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Coatings: In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Place flour in a third bowl.
  • Coat the Ravioli: Coat each ravioli first in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each ravioli is fully covered for the perfect crunch.
  • Air Fry the Ravioli: Place the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve: Remove from the air fryer, cool for a minute, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • You can use any kind of frozen ravioli, but cheese ravioli is a classic choice.
  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket, as this can prevent even crisping.
  • For a spicy twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
