Ingredients
Scale
1 package (9 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style for extra flavor)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Coatings: In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Place flour in a third bowl.
Coat the Ravioli: Coat each ravioli first in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each ravioli is fully covered for the perfect crunch.
Air Fry the Ravioli: Place the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Remove from the air fryer, cool for a minute, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
You can use any kind of frozen ravioli, but cheese ravioli is a classic choice.
Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket, as this can prevent even crisping.
For a spicy twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
