Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 lb chicken tenders
  2. 3 tbsp butter, melted
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  7. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  8. Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper together to create the honey butter garlic sauce.
  • Place the breadcrumbs in a separate shallow dish.
  • Dip each chicken tender into the honey butter garlic sauce, making sure to coat each piece thoroughly.
  • Coat the chicken tender in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure the breadcrumbs stick to the chicken.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Air fry the chicken tenders at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad. Enjoy!
