    • 1 cup Rice Krispies

    • 1 cup shredded coconut

    • 1 package (12 oz) chocolate chips
    • 1 square (1 oz) sweet chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix Ingredients:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla extract, Rice Krispies, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut. Mix well, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

  • Form Balls:
    Roll the mixture into small balls (approximately 1 inch in diameter). For extra holiday flair, roll some balls in red or green sprinkles. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  • Melt Chocolate:
    In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and sweet chocolate on low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.

  • Coat the Balls:
    Using a fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, rolling to coat evenly. Place the coated balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Decorate with festive sprinkles or mini holiday decorations before the chocolate sets.

  • Chill and Serve:
