- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot and drain the fat.
- Add beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni and cook for 7-8 minutes until al dente.
- Add milk and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
