This rich and creamy 4-ingredient alfredo sauce is quick and easy to make! Perfect for pasta nights, it only takes 15 minutes to prepare.

- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Add the heavy cream to the pan. Whisk the cream into the butter until fully combined and the mixture begins to simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue mixing until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
- Taste and add black pepper if needed.
- Serve immediately over your favorite pasta and garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker sauce, allow it to simmer a bit longer.
If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
