Description

This rich and creamy 4-ingredient alfredo sauce is quick and easy to make! Perfect for pasta nights, it only takes 15 minutes to prepare.


Ingredients

  1. 3 tbsp butter
  2. 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  3. 4 cloves minced garlic
  4. 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Add the heavy cream to the pan. Whisk the cream into the butter until fully combined and the mixture begins to simmer.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue mixing until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  • Taste and add black pepper if needed.
  • Serve immediately over your favorite pasta and garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker sauce, allow it to simmer a bit longer.

If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
