These 3 Ingredients Homemade Egg Noodles are a quick and easy way to make fresh pasta from scratch. With just flour, eggs, and salt, you can create tender and flavorful noodles that will elevate any dish. Perfect for soups, stir-fries, or as a side to your favorite meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine flour, eggs, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough in half and roll out each portion using a pasta cutter or any desired cutter.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 60 seconds or until they float to the surface.
  • Drain the noodles, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
  • Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking.

  • You can use the noodles immediately or freeze for later use. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don’t have a pasta cutter, you can use a knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into thin strips.
  • Feel free to freeze any leftover noodles for up to 3 months. Just boil them directly from frozen when you’re ready to use.

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder or herbs to the dough.
